Synapticure provides compassionate, personalized care for individuals and families living with cognitive diseases and conditions. Our team of expert clinicians and care coordinators ensure every patient has access to the care they deserve.
Our care for Alzheimer’s and other Dementias is focused on enhancing the quality of life for patients, caregivers and loved ones and incorporates each patient’s unique strengths and desires. Our team provides cognitive assessments and our neurologists can diagnose dementia types and stages, and will work with you to develop individualized care plans designed around cognitive, emotional, and physical well-being. For patients who qualify, we help educate and identify treatment options for new therapies including Lecanemab. We also offer support to empower caregivers, providing guidance and resources related medical, legal, financial and emotional concerns, and can help to coordinate respite care options to assist in managing the challenges of dementia. Our team helps patients and caregivers living with MCI preserve normal life routines as much as possible. Our Care Coordinators help navigate the challenge of living with the disease, while also assuming logistical burdens that enable you to continue living. Our cognitive neurologists work hand-in-hand with your personalized care coordinator, who supports your care journey with virtual consultations, medication management, and referrals to in-person care teams where possible.
Compared to other dementias, different therapeutic approaches are usually considered while caring for people living with FTD (including primary progressive aphasia). Our cognitive neurologists have decades of experience caring for families affected by these diagnoses, and are ready to support with virtual consults, medication management, and will collaborate with your current medical team. We also provide care coordination as a core service, as well as support caregivers with guidance and resources related medical, legal, financial and emotional concerns, and help to coordinate respite care options to assist in managing the challenges of dementia.
Lewy body dementia is the most common form of dementia following Alzheimer’s, and it results in both cognitive and movement challenges. Our movement disorder specialists are experts in helping patients and caregivers navigate the challenges of living with Lewy body dementia, including medication management, and work closely with our care coordination, speech & language therapy, and behavioral health teams so you are fully supported through physical, cognitive, and emotional changes.

Synapticure itself is a Godsend. They have done more for me through telehealth than the clinic did in a year of in person visits. Synapticure takes care of all the legwork needed to do anything from getting a new powerchair to getting new medication. Actually prescribed me a medicine that I should have been on from my diagnosis. They are amazing.
Everyone is friendly and caring. The neurologist are great. They listen to what you have to say and help you anyway they can.
Great people all around. Taking great care of pALS and cALS. Predictable access and patient-centered support using a solid telehealth network.
Extremely well organized and professional at each step of the process; intake, physician contact, follow up.
Thank you for the access to genetic testing! It was discovered that I had a mutation of the SOD1 gene which has completely changed my treatment.
We love the kindness and care from Rebecca and Dr. Jaimie Hatcher-Martin.Great service offered to ALS patients as well as Compassionate, help and understanding!!!
Those we have worked with are an extremely professional and empathetic group of people.
I have been more than pleased with the care I have received at Synapticure and am so grateful for the hard work so many have done to bring ALS patients hope.
The willingness of my neurologist to prescribe off label has given me new hope in my fight with ALS. It allows me to try something new while waiting for a clinical trial. For anyone fighting ALS , time is of the essence and the speed that Synapticure is something other providers should strive for. Thank you for giving me hope!
Doctor took her time with us and it was a most welcome change to what we have been accustomed to
We've struggled getting responses and support from other clinics about new drugs; meanwhile, Synapticure has been extremely responsive, and as a result, we have just started on Relyvrio. Additionally, Becky and the Synapticure team have been great! Thanks!
Crystal has been great and easy to work with. Thanks for offering this service.
I have a great experience with Synapticure. Michelle and Dr. Faber are wonderful.
Everyone from synapticure has been VERY helpful; from Eva and Dr. Jamie Hatcher. They are so kind and make you feel comfortable. They never rush you and they get things done so quickly.
