At Synapticure, we make it easy for patients and caregivers to see a psychologist or licensed clinical social worker for therapy, and our psychiatrists are equipped to review your medications with your care team.
Your Collaborative Mental Health Care Manager helps you and your caregiver navigate behavioral health concerns, referrals to mental health therapy, and reviews your care plan with a Psychiatric Consultant.

We provide support for those caring for people living with neurodegenerative diseases. If desired, we include your caregiver(s) in this process to help navigate their own personal challenges, stress, and mental health concerns as these relate to supporting you.
Our Collaborative Mental Health Care team collaborates closely with your Synapticure Neurologist and Care Coordinator for your behavioral health needs. We include your caregiver(s) in the process if desired.
Our team of Neuropsychologists and Licensed Clinical Social Workers are here to help you with counseling and therapy support as you adjust to any mental health concerns related to your Neurodegenerative Disease process. We can include your caregiver(s) in this process.
Our team of Psychiatrists are involved in the Collaborative Care Model as consultants to your Neurology team. We will review your medications and care plan with your Mental Health Care Manager and communicate recommendations to your Neurology team.
