With the close of our Series A funding, we are entering an exciting new chapter at Synapticure. This significant investment strengthens our mission to make high-quality, affordable care and treatment accessible for people and their families living with Alzheimer’s, Parkinson’s, Huntington’s, ALS, and other neurodegenerative diseases.

As a patient- and caregiver-founded company, we’ve experienced these challenges firsthand and created Synapticure to address critical gaps in care. Our mission is personal– to improve the lives of millions by delivering care that leaves no one feeling overlooked or unsupported.

Here’s what you can expect from us as we set a new standard for neurodegenerative care:

Building Partnerships for Greater Access and Affordability

We believe everyone deserves access to high-quality care and treatment. To make this a reality, we’re teaming up with health systems, Affordable Care Organizations (ACOs), and health plans nationwide. By connecting with these organizations, we can bring care to more people—including those in rural and underserved areas who often struggle to find specialized treatment, ensuring distance and cost never stand in the way of getting the care people deserve.

Growing Our Personalized Care Model and Comprehensive Services

Care should be as unique as the people we serve. Earlier this year, we launched our integrated Behavioral Health model, introducing both individual and group therapy options, as well as a Cognitive Service Line dedicated to Alzheimer’s and cognitive health. With new funding, we’re excited to take this even further, adding specialized services, increasing our field staff for in-home support, and expanding our virtual offerings so that every patient and caregiver has the personalized support they need.

Accelerating Research and Access to Clinical Trials

One of the most exciting aspects of our growth is our commitment to accelerating research and increasing access to clinical trials. By partnering with leading research institutions and major pharmaceutical companies, we’re fast-tracking clinical trial participation and connecting patients to the latest and most effective treatments available.

Innovating with Technology for Continuous Support

Technology has the power to transform care, and we’re harnessing it to provide round-the-clock support for patients and families. Through our proprietary tech platform, we’re integrating advanced AI-driven analytics to improve early diagnosis, support remote monitoring, and offer real-time support. Our goal? To make high-quality care and support accessible 24/7 to ease the burden on families managing complex neurodegenerative conditions.

Growing Our Team to Meet Rising Demand

Quality care begins with an expert team. We’re growing our team to support more people and their families including bringing on more neurologists, care coordinators, nurses, and clinical experts who specialize in neurodegenerative diseases. This growth allows us to continue delivering personalized care while meeting the rising demand. We’re also committed to investing in our team’s growth through ongoing training, ensuring our specialists remain at the forefront of medical breakthroughs and care innovation.

Synapticure provides nationwide access to expert neurologists, cutting-edge treatments and trials, and wraparound services.

Looking Ahead

As we look forward, this funding represents much more than business growth. It’s a step toward building a future where no family has to navigate neurodegenerative diseases alone. We’re building a world where high-quality, affordable care is within reach for everyone.

To our investors, partners, and community—thank you. Your belief in our mission fuels us every day as we work to change the landscape of neurodegenerative care. The journey has only just begun, and together, we’ll keep pushing boundaries and breaking down barriers to care.

Stay tuned for more updates as we work to improve the lives of everyone affected by neurodegenerative diseases.
